The Belmore Hotel, Maitland is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Chef de Partie, kitchen hand and front of house staff.
Chef de Partie
As the Chef de Partie, you will be an integral part of delivering our high-quality food to our guests.
Responsibilities
* Co‐ordinate daily tasks with kitchen staff
* Timely and effective service of high-quality food
* Understanding of stock management including ordering, rotation, and wastage control
* Knowledge of OH&S, HACCP, COVID‐19 precautions and management of the Food Safety Program
* Ability to work in a quick‐paced environment
* A positive and qualified demeanour
* An understanding of food and labour costings
Qualifications
* Qualified chef or cook
* At least 3 years relevant experience in a similar role
Kitchen Hand
As a junior kitchen hand, you will assist the kitchen team during service to provide the best experience possible for guests.
Qualifications
* Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Work efficiently and quickly
* Have a positive attitude and willingness to work
* Maintain food safety and hygiene levels
Front of House Staff
As front of house staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and experience.
Qualifications
* Valuable personal hygiene
* Exceptional customer service
* Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience working in a similar hospitality or customer service role
* Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
