Position: Site Supervisor – Subdivisions
Location: South of the River, Perth
Salary: $160K – $170K + Super
A well-established civil contractor is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to deliver residential subdivision projects across Perth’s southern corridor. This role suits a hands-on supervisor who values safety, quality, and structured delivery, and who enjoys working closely with Construction and Project Managers to keep sites running efficiently.
You’ll be responsible for day-to-day site coordination, ensuring works are completed safely, to specification, and in line with programme requirements across active subdivision sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily site activities across subdivision works
* Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams
* Implement and maintain site safety, quality, and environmental standards
* Review and follow construction programmes, drawings, and specifications
* Track progress and report on safety, quality, and delivery outcomes
* Identify and resolve site issues to maintain programme and productivity
* Ensure compliance with legislative and project requirements
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience supervising civil subdivision projects
* Strong safety leadership, including incident investigation capability
* Ability to interpret construction drawings, schedules, and quality plans
* Clear communication skills and confident stakeholder coordination
