**The Role**
We are looking for people to support the initiatives that will drive our culture as the 'department of great jobs'.

In addition to the roles detailed in the Job Information Pack, we will be establishing a merit pool for filling similar vacancies in the next 18 months.

Roles are available in the following areas:

- Recruitment Advisors and Recruitment Support Officers
- Project Support Officer
- Workforce Strategist
- Entry Level Programs
- Workplace Relations & HR Policy
- Performance and Conduct Case Manager
- Rehabilitation Case Manager
- Diversity and Inclusion Officer
- Work Health Safety Advisor

**Duties and Responsibilities**
Reporting to a Senior HR Advisor or Assistant Director and working under general direction,
**APS 4 Human Resource Officers** may be responsible for:

- Accurately completing allocated tasks, monitoring workflows and provide sound and timely advice
- Performing research and analysis and using sound judgement to make recommendations
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and systems and contributing to new ideas/solutions.
- Supporting the management, delivery and monitoring of projects
- Providing high quality client service to internal and external stakeholders
- Managing a demanding workload with occasional guidance

Reporting to a Senior HR Advisor or Assistant Director and working under limited direction,
**APS 5 Human Resource Officers** may be responsible for:

- Being accountable for tasks, workflows and providing professional and timely advice
- Performing research and analysis and using sound judgement to set precedents that comply with legislation and policies.
- Providing guidance and quality assurance to support junior colleagues and other team members achieve goals
- Independently managing a demanding workload with competing priorities and supporting junior team members to manage their workload.
- Contributing to the management, delivery and monitoring of projects

**Eligibility**
