Social Media Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and curate engaging digital content across various social media platforms to increase online engagement, visitation, and brand awareness.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in developing social media content and online communications. Key skills include knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, and Trip Advisor platforms, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Suite, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
You will work closely with the Marketing team to generate online marketing and communications material, including social media posts, website content updates, and blog posts. This role also involves liaising with the Digital Marketing Coordinator to deliver on digital and social media strategies to achieve desired business goals.
In addition to technical skills, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high attention to detail. A strong interest in photography and videography is also required, along with the ability to manage communities located in social networking sites and engage with customers online by sourcing, planning, and scheduling content across multiple platforms.
