About this Role:
* Lead a regional team to deliver the Kindergarten Inclusion Support (KIS) Program in alignment with best practice and Department of Education guidelines.
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding and professional development of Additional Assistants.
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with kindergarten services, stakeholders and the Department of Education.
* Ensure compliance, monitor program outcomes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
You will have:
* A diploma or bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and experience or further studies in Disability and Inclusion support.
* Experience in a similar position is essential.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
* Commitment to values-driven, child-focused service delivery.
