Recruitment Consultant – 3 Month Contract
Location: Yatala, QLD
Technigro is a national leader in turf management, vegetation services and landscape solutions, supporting councils, commercial clients and major infrastructure projects across Australia. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in our Yatala office on a 3-month contract.
This role will support a period of strong business growth and increased hiring activity. You will play a key part in sourcing, attracting and securing high-quality candidates across operational and field-based roles. Working closely with divisional managers, you will help ensure we continue to build strong, capable teams across our operations.
This position would suit someone who enjoys a fast-paced recruitment environment and can quickly deliver quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple operational roles
* Advertise vacancies through platforms such as Employment Hero, SEEK and other recruitment channels
* Screen and shortlist candidates through phone and video interviews
* Work closely with operational managers to understand workforce needs
* Coordinate interviews and assist with candidate selection
* Support onboarding processes for new employees
* Build candidate pipelines for ongoing workforce requirements
* Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting
About You
* Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Experience recruiting operational or field-based roles (advantageous)
* Proactive and solutions-focused approach
