The successful candidate will define and lead the hardware strategy, including designing and refining prototypes, overseeing component sourcing and testing procedures, and driving manufacturing processes.

In this role, you'll work side-by-side with the founding team to define the company's trajectory and product roadmap.
* Define & Lead Hardware Strategy: Own the entire hardware roadmap—mechanical, electrical, embedded systems—from concept to mass production.
* Prototype & Iterate: Design and refine hardware prototypes (e.g., robotic arms, power electronics, sensor arrays) to test feasibility and performance.
* Grow the Team: Recruit and mentor hardware engineers, fostering a creative, high-performance environment.
* Shape Our Future: Partner on fundraising, investor relations, and strategic partnerships, representing Climate-Salad's hardware capabilities.
