Cranfield Recruitment is excited to partner with a well-established manufacturing company in Burleigh Heads who are seeking an experienced Trade Assistant to join their team in an ongoing temp-to-perm role.
About the Role
You will be supporting the fabrication team with daily operations, including:
General trade assisting
Yard hand duties
Forklift operation
Supporting production and workflow across the workshop
This is a Monday to Friday position, 38 hours per week, with slight flexibility around start and finish times.
What You Need
Current Forklift Licence (essential)
Previous trade assistant or manufacturing experience desirable
Ability to start immediately
Reliable, safety-focused, and a strong team player
