Outsell is a leading Australian lead generation, sales and marketing company based in Brisbane.

We work on many exciting campaigns in industries including commercial and domestic solar, media, fashion, manufacturing and more.

We currently have a booming solar energy market and are in need of remote (home-working) appointment setters / telemarketers to simply cold call business and homeowners and make an appointment for a free energy assessment and solar quote to find out if solar and batteries can help them and how much government rebates they are entitled to.

Solar industry experience is not required however is an advantage. We also have various campaigns in different industries from time to time so you can swap industries if there is an opportunity in the near future.

- This is a remote / work from home position and is commission-only paid weekly.

- This is open nationally (no offshore enquiries please) and you must be an Australian citizen and work on an ABN.

- Daily sales meeting and training via video link. If in Brisbane you can also attend training in the office in Bowen Hills Brisbane (optional).

- This is suitable for experienced salespeople, appointment setters or BDMs who now want to work remotely and build a lifestyle around their work.

You MUST have

- Experience with cold outreach/tele sales - this is essential

- Great communication skills.

- A quiet space to work from

- A computer, internet access and a decent headset for calls

- An ABN - you will be self employed - this is a commission only role and we pay on qualified, seen appointments every week.

- Australian citizenship / able to have an ABN in Australia

We provide: CRM, data, VOIP Dialler, ongoing training and support. There is a daily meeting via Google Meet.

You have flexibility in this role. Work your own hours and take time as needed - BUT we do expect at least 20 hours spent on the business to ensure our client campaigns are being worked on. if working on a B2B campaign then be available during business hours. if working on a consumer campaign then be available afternoons and Saturdays.

Earning potential: There is no ceiling. Get paid what you are worth. OTE ranges from from $500 to $3000+ per week for 20+ hours work. This is up to you.
