3. Maintain high standards of customer service and support our drivers to provide a comfortable journey for everyone.
4. Handle phone and email enquiries in a polite and professional manner, ensuring timely responses to customer queries.
5. Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of customer spaces, adhering to company standards.
6. Ensure accurate cash handling and transactions, maintaining confidentiality when required.
Requirements:
1. A strong background in customer service, preferably in transport, retail, or hospitality.
2. A proactive approach, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
3. Strong administration skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
4. The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
