What You'll Bring
* 5+ years of recent, hands‑on MSP experience
, ideally in your current or most recent role
* A proven ability to
own tickets end‑to‑end
, with strong SLA awareness and full lifecycle management
* Demonstrated senior‑level capability across
Microsoft 365
and its associated services
* Solid working knowledge of a typical
MSP tool stack
, including PSA, RMM, EDR, and documentation platforms
