We are looking for a highly organised and efficient Junior Web Manager & Content Editor to take ownership of the content publishing process across our clients' WordPress websites.

The Role
In this fast-paced role, you will be the final gatekeeper for content going live on our clients' websites. You won't just be copying and pasting; you will be formatting, proofreading, and ensuring every page looks perfect and functions seamlessly.
Your day-to-day will involve:
* WordPress Management: Uploading, formatting, and publishing blogs, landing pages, and website updates across multiple WordPress sites.
* Content Editing & Proofreading: Reviewing copy for spelling, grammar, and flow. You will ensure all content is written in flawless English and aligns with the client's tone of voice.
* Quality Assurance: Checking that all formatting is correct, images are optimised and loading properly, and all internal/external links are functioning before hitting 'publish'.
* Rapid Execution: Working swiftly to process web updates and content requests to meet tight agency deadlines without ever compromising on quality.
* Team Collaboration: Working closely with our digital designers and performance managers to ensure the websites are perfectly set up to support our lead-gen campaigns.
What You Bring to the Table
* Platform Experience: Confident navigating the backend of WordPress (experience with page builders like Elementor or WPBakery is a massive bonus).
* Exceptional English: Strong written communication skills with impeccable grammar, spelling, and proofreading abilities.
* Attention to Detail: You are a perfectionist. You spot the typo everyone else missed and notice when an image is misaligned by a few pixels.
* Speed & Efficiency: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can confidently juggle multiple updates and clients at once.
* Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or on-page SEO is highly regarded, but a willingness to learn quickly is essential.
