Job Summary
The Junior Assistant Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Leasing and Property Management team by coordinating key collections, assisting with inspections, managing open homes, processing lease renewals, and maintaining tenant communications.
This collaborative position involves working closely with our team and Virtual Assistants to drive seamless operations while supporting marketing, staging, and advertising efforts to attract top tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate key collections, entry/exit inspections, and open homes to ensure a smooth process for new and departing tenants.
* Act as a primary point of contact for tenants, managing inquiries, addressing issues, and providing exceptional service.
* Assist with application processing, lease renewals, and break lease procedures in collaboration with Virtual Assistants.
* Support property advertising, staging, and marketing campaigns to attract quality tenants.
* Work closely with the Business Manager, Maintenance Coordinator, and team to maintain high property standards and efficient operations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
* A valid National Police Check (within three months or be willing to obtain).
* Minimum one year of experience in the Real Estate Industry.
* Technical proficiency and confidence with property management systems – experience with Property Tree highly regarded.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
