From lift chairs and scooters to complex wheelchairs, adjustable beds, and daily living aids, our products support people of all ages and abilities, and our Customer Service Team plays a vital role in helping customers find the right solutions.
We're now expanding our team, and are looking for a friendly, motivated full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be based in our Morwell showroom. We are offering a full-time role at 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm.
Our days start with a coffee and a team catch-up, making sure we're set for the day ahead and ready to support one another.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on, people-centred role with plenty of variety. You will switch between in-store support, phone and email enquiries, equipment trials, showroom upkeep, and tasks that help our operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Provide friendly, supportive in-store customer service
* Guide customers through product options and assistive technology solutions
* Answer phone enquiries and respond to emails
* Maintain and restock the showroom
* Prepare quotes and process requests using digital portals
* Assist with equipment trials alongside customers and occupational therapists

Experience
* VCE or equivalent (minimum)
* Customer service or administration experience favourable
* Experience in Allied Health, personal care, or assistive technology is a bonus
