The ideal candidate will oversee all technical, mechanical, and facility-related operations during the hotel's pre-opening phase and transition to opening.
* Maintenance & Facility Management: Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all technical systems in the hotel.
* Safety & Compliance: Maintain compliance with fire, health, and safety regulations.
A successful candidate will have a proven track record as an Engineering Manager within luxury or upper upscale hotels, a degree or diploma in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil or related fields) or tradesperson qualified, and a minimum of 5-7 years of hotel engineering experience including 2+ years in supervisory or managerial role.
