About The Role
This is a full time position leading an offsider or small team across a variety of sites, including aged care facilities, commercial properties, and residential gardens. You’ll be hands-on while also making sure the job is done right, on time, and to the highest standard.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a team leader or senior gardening role
- TAFE Certificate III in Horticulture (or equivalent)
- Skilled in all aspects of garden maintenance – mowing, hedging, pruning, planting, weeding, irrigation, pest & disease control
- Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate a team
- Current driver’s licence (manual preferred)
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and quality workmanship
Requirements
- Must pass a Police Check and Working With Children Check
- Must be up to date with flu and COVID vaccinations (including booster)

- Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 (negotiable for the right person)
