The Company
Our client is a leading Australian brand that designs and manufactures high‐quality transport equipment, custom motor bodies, and vehicle fit‐out solutions trusted by customers across Australia. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a highly organised and customer‐focused Customer Service Officer to support our busy sales team and help deliver an outstanding customer experience.
This is a fast‐paced role where no two days are the same. You'll be the key link between customers, sales, production, and operations — ensuring quotes are issued quickly, followed up professionally, and tracked through the sales process.

The Role
Working closely with the Sales Team and Management, you will:
* Prepare and manage customer quotations across multiple product lines
* Proactively follow up on outstanding quotes and sales enquiries
* Track quote activity, customer responses, and conversion opportunities
* Liaise with customers regarding product information, lead times, and order updates
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of orders
* Maintain accurate customer and quote records within the CRM/ERP system
* Support the external sales team with administration and customer communication
* Assist in identifying opportunities to improve customer service and sales processes
* Handle incoming calls and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner
About You
You're proactive and organised, and you thrive in a busy, customer‐focused environment. You enjoy building relationships, keeping things moving, and supporting a high‐performing sales team. In addition, you will have:
* Previous experience in a business‐to‐business (B2B) internal sales, sales support, or customer service position
* Strong administration and organisational skills
* Experience in preparing and following up on quotations
* Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills — phone and face‐to‐face, as there is a showroom on‐site
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
* A positive, team‐focused attitude
* Strong computer skills across Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
* Manufacturing, automotive, transport, or trade industry experience will be highly regarded
