As a key team member of our Energy, Resources and Projects division, you will have the opportunity to work on leading mandates for top-tier clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Drafting correspondence, document preparation, and amendments are essential tasks in this role.
* Proactive diary and email management, along with coordination of meeting/travel arrangements, are vital duties.
* Liaising with clients & stakeholders as directed and maintaining client databases and key contact information are crucial tasks.
* Assisting with co-ordination of tenders & pitches as required, answering calls, monitoring emails, and file management including opening and closing files, electronic and physical filing are important responsibilities.
* Co-ordinating end of month billing, client and group reporting, and reconciliation of corporate expenses using Concur are also key aspects of this role.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretarial role is highly desirable.
* Intellectual Property experience would be advantageous.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritise, and delegate are essential.
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is critical in this position.
* A strong client focus and demonstrated ability to form enduring relationships with team members and clients (both internal and external) is vital.
* Strong understanding of MS Office applications is required.
* An understanding of billing and financial processes and systems (Elite desirable) is an advantage.
* A proactive approach and demonstrated initiative are essential qualities for this role.
