Job Overview:
The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator is a key role responsible for coordinating daily maintenance and presentation of facilities, including grounds upkeep, handyman services, gardening, and cleaning tasks.
* Maintain facilities, amenities, and waste management areas to ensure they are clean and presentable
* Operate and maintain equipment such as lawn mowers, edgers, sweepers, whipper snippers hedge trimmers, sprayers, and basic hand tools
* Clean facilities, amenities, and waste management areas
* Manage manual handling and physical task requirements
Key Responsibilities:
General maintenance, handyman, and gardening experience
Experience operating and maintaining equipment such as lawn mowers, edgers, sweepers, whipper snippers hedge trimmers, sprayers, and basic hand tools
Cleaning knowledge and experience
Pool management and chemical handling skills
Strong communication and organisation skills
Able to interact with stakeholders in a professional manner
Essential First Aid Level 2
Current CPR certification
Australian Driver's Licence
