About the Role: This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable commercial real estate agency in a full-time role based in Norwood. You’ll be responsible for managing a high-quality portfolio of commercial properties, working within a collaborative team that values strong communication and service excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of a well-maintained commercial property portfolio Coordinate maintenance and repairs, including obtaining quotes and managing insurance claims Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and stakeholders Conduct routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections Administer lease renewals, rent reviews, and lease compliance Monitor and manage rental arrears, ensuring timely follow-up Respond to tenant enquiries professionally and efficiently What We’re Looking For Proven experience in commercial or residential property- commercial property administration would be ideal. Must hold a current Real Estate License, a valid Driver's License, and your own vehicle.
