Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitating face-to-face visits with injured workers, employers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to promote effective return-to-work strategies.
* Educating stakeholders on return-to-work processes, legislative requirements, and available support services to achieve sustainable outcomes.
* Developing personalized service plans with injured workers to achieve their return-to-work goals.
* Collaborating with vocational providers to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions for injured workers.
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation to inform decision-making and optimize return-to-work outcomes.
* Providing excellent customer service and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
About You:
* A minimum of 1 year of work experience in Workers Compensation or Claims Management is preferred.
* Prior experience in Allied Health or Job Placement is highly valued.
* Demonstrated knowledge of the Return to Work Act and relevant legislation is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
* A strong learning mindset and autonomy to work independently are required.
