Working Conditions:
- Full-time role, 8:30 am to 5 pm
- Uniforms provided, including a polo or short-sleeve dress shirt.
- Dynamic and fast-paced flagship store environment.
Start as early as the 11th of april.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage receptionist duties, including answering phone calls, booking appointments, and rebooking appointments.
- Input customer details accurately into our internal health partner system.
- Provide product information to customers.
- Meet and greet customers with a professional appearance and manner.
- Translate information obtained from phone calls into our internal system.
- Maintain an immaculate presentation of the store.
- Provide general computer literacy, fast typing, and data entry skills, including proficiency in Excel.
- Provide a professional appearance at all times.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Great attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to maintain an immaculate presentation of the store.
- Ability to provide a professional appearance at all times.
As this is a tier 2 medical provider 2x covid vaccination and booster is required.
