About the Role
Gemelli Italian Broadbeach is looking for a new Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the Restaurant manager and executive team to ensure a smooth operation. This position is a rare opportunity and only serious candidates will be considered.
Duties
- Work closely with Restaurant managers to ensure smooth operations
- Lead and train the team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service
- Managing and coordinating all events and functions
- Handling guests requests in a genuine and professional manner
- Ensure the profitable and safe operation of the restaurant
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a similar Assistant Manager role for no less than 2 years.
- Full working rights in Australia (preferred)
- A calm and professional approach to their job
- Robust communication skills
- Incredible attention to detail and organisation skills
- Staff and customer service focused
