* The Specialist Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care within their speciality. They will work collaboratively with the nursing team to improve patient outcomes and promote desired results in the Acquired Brain Injury Rehabilitation patient population.

* Key Responsibilities:
* The Specialist Nurse will manage the delivery of quality patient care within their speciality, supporting the Nurse Unit Manager by supervising the delivery of quality patient care, developing standards of practice, implementing changes to clinical practice, education of staff, and initiating research and quality improvement activities.
* Professional Accountability:
* The Specialist Nurse will have professional accountability to the Director of Nursing and Midwifery, providing mentorship and role modelling for nurses, and contributing to the advancement of the profession in keeping with the vision and values for nursing.
