The team will lead and manage education, outreach and stakeholder engagement activities for the Agency, to help people effectively use their services and provide feedback on how they can improve.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, review, and edit educational and communications content
- Drive strategic initiatives for a visible and contemporary regulator
- Lead a small team working in a new section
- Engage in stakeholder management and events coordination
- Lead a small team of up to three direct reports
These roles will involve working with people from diverse backgrounds, so cultural competency and confidence in engaging with diverse stakeholders will be highly regarded.
