As a Registered Nurse, Your Responsibilities Will Include
Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care Supervise and guide nursing team members Educate and support patients in recovery, rehabilitation, and end-of-life care Lead quality improvement and safety initiatives Collaborate with the healthcare team for optimal patient care Serve as a role model for safe practices
Essential Criteria
Authority to Work in Australia Minimum 12 months experience as an RN in an acute setting Previous ICU experience highly regarded Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent Current unrestricted AHPRA registration Compliance with ACQSHC National standards Clinical expertise and commitment to high quality patient care Self-motivated team player Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proactive, customer-focused approach

If you are successful, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant nursing experience against the current nursing Enterprise Agreement the "Healthscope - Queensland - Nurses Enterprise Agreement 2021 - 2025 " (salaries range between $41.49 and $52.97 per hour + superannuation)
