Your responsibilities will include:In this dynamic, multi-faceted role, you will:Providing administrative and non-technical support to trades and project teamsManaging data entry and work orders in SAP and Defence systemsCoordinating travel, accommodation, and logisticsAssisting with procurement, inventory, and stock controlTracking and expediting modification kitsSupporting installation planning and schedulingContributing to SHEQ initiatives and general office dutiesTravelling occasionally to support rollout projects across AustraliaAbout YouTo succeed in this role, you will need:Previous administrative, projects, purchasing, or inventory experienceProficiency in Microsoft Suite and experience in SAP or similar ERP systems advantagesExcellent organisational and communication skillsFlexibility to travel and work varied hours when requiredPlease note; to be considered for this position, you must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Defence clearance.
