We're looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to drive Youi's organic search performance and long-term growth.
You'll own and deliver a structured SEO program across technical, content and authority initiatives. Contributing to sustainable performance improvements and broader business objectives. While you'll act as the SEO domain expert, you'll also be hands-on across the full lifecycle, from analysis and execution through to measurement and reporting.
This isn't a "set and forget" SEO role. You'll be in the detail – auditing, problem-solving, influencing, and delivering real outcomes. From technical fixes and content optimisation to building authority and responding to how search is evolving (including AI), you'll play a hands-on role in improving performance across Youi's digital assets.
You'll work closely with marketing, UX, analytics and tech teams, so being comfortable collaborating, challenging thinking, and translating SEO into commercial impact is key. What you'll be doing
* Own and deliver Youi's SEO roadmap, balancing short-term opportunities with long-term growth
* Lead SEO strategy across technical SEO, content optimisation and authority building
* Conduct technical SEO audits and partner with IT and digital teams to improve site health
* Oversee structured data, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexation and accessibility best practice
* Collaborate with content, UX and analytics teams to deliver user-first, data-led strategies
* Develop and manage ethical link-building and digital PR initiatives
* Monitor backlink profiles to identify risks and opportunities
* Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to track performance and insights
* Translate SEO data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
* Stay ahead of emerging trends, including AI-driven search and evolving user behaviour
About you
* 5+ years' hands-on SEO experience, ideally within large or enterprise environments
* Strong capability across technical SEO, content optimisation and authority building
* Solid understanding of search algorithms, ranking factors and modern SEO best practice
* Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio and SEO tools
* Confident working cross-functionally with developers, marketers and UX teams
* Able to influence stakeholders and clearly communicate SEO's commercial value
* Naturally curious, proactive, and interested in where search is heading (especially AI)
