Residential Civil Construction Leadership Opportunity
This is a senior leadership position that will oversee the strategic and operational management of our civil construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential civil construction, including project delivery, team leadership, and budget management.
This role requires a strong understanding of industry regulations, compliance requirements, infrastructure, and land development processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial performance, optimising project delivery and processes, ensuring compliance and risk management, and strengthening stakeholder relationships.
We are seeking a seasoned leader who can inspire staff and stakeholders, navigate challenges such as labour shortages and fluctuating material costs, and drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead End-to-End Project Delivery: Oversee the full lifecycle of residential civil projects-including subdivisions, roads, drainage, and earthworks-ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Provide Strategic and Operational Leadership: Direct project teams, supervisors, foremen, subcontractors and engineers with a focus on performance, collaboration, and innovation to drive successful project outcomes.
3. Drive Financial Performance: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to optimise profitability while meeting project specifications and client expectations.
4. Optimise Project Delivery and Processes: Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, address key challenges such as labour shortages and supply chain disruptions, and enhance project outcomes.
5. Ensure Compliance and Risk Management: Uphold WHS regulations, environmental standards, and company policies, ensuring all projects meet safety, legal, and operational requirements.
6. Strengthen Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with developers, local authorities, subcontractors, and clients to support project success and secure repeat business.
