Job Description
The position of Cash Compliance Specialist is a key role within the Finance team, responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient management of client account balances. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to review and reconcile residual client account balances.
Key Responsibilities
* To ensure compliance with Solicitors' Accounts Rules by assisting with financial operations, cashiering projects.
* To undertake regular forensic reviews of client account balances to identify any discrepancies or irregularities.
* Liaise directly with solicitors, partners and clients to ensure prompt return of residual balances.
