Location: Tannum Sands, Gladstone Region QLD, home of the Bailai, Gurang, Gooreng Gooreng and Taribelang Bunda Peoples
Employment Type: Casual shifts Monday to Friday between 6:00am and 6:45pm
Pay: up to $44.20 per hour + Superannuation + Perks
Responsibilities
Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team
Engaging and supervising the children at all times
Maintaining a safe setting for children, families and team members
Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

Qualifications & Requirements
ACEQCA-approved early childhood qualification (ACECQA approved)
Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or equivalent
Willingness to travel between local services
Flexible availability between Monday and Friday, 6:00am–6:45pm
