Amity Health is seeking Governance, Risk & Compliance Partner to support and coordinate the implementation of key governance, risk, compliance and quality initiatives across our organisation.
Working closely with the Manager, Governance, Risk & Compliance, this role supports the delivery of key organisational priorities by coordinating processes, engaging with staff and program leads, and helping embed governance, risk and quality requirements into everyday practice.

About the Role
You bring a sharp analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail and a strong passion for governance, compliance and quality assurance. You take pride in ensuring standards are met, evidence is sound and continuous improvement is embedded.
You will play a hands-on role in:
* Supporting accreditation and audit preparation,
* Coordinating risk and compliance activities,
* Maintaining policy and document control systems,
* Assisting with incident, quality and improvement processes; and
* Working collaboratively with teams to support consistent and compliant service delivery.
This is an initial Fixed Term Contract of 12 months, 3 days per week (or 45.60 hours per fortnight), with the potential for ongoing.
About You
You are motivated by high standards and continuous improvement, bringing a strong sense of ownership, curiosity and integrity to governance, compliance and quality assurance work within a community-focused environment. You will have:
* Qualifications in governance, quality, risk management, business administration, health administration or related discipline.
* Experience supporting governance, quality, risk or compliance functions in a health, social services or NFP environment.
* Experience supporting audit and accreditation cycles (ISO, NDIS, Mental Health Standards, etc.).
* Strong coordination, documentation and analytical skills.
* The ability to work independently within established frameworks.
* Confidence working with staff at all levels to support implementation and follow-through.
* A practical, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
