What You'll Do
Plan ahead:
Secure landside logistics, loading, sea freight and airfreight tenders before each seasonal product begins harvest and ensure our partners are prepared for the future.
Keep it moving:
Organise onshore and offshore logistics for every one of the thousands of export consignments we do annually and ensure our customers are updated and prepared for arrival while keeping our logistics partners constantly updated so they are ready for what's coming.
Problem-solve on the fly:
Track shipments, manage delays, and handle protocol requirements.
Collaborate:
Work closely with sales, documentation, and logistics providers to deliver seamless outcomes.
What We're Looking For
Experience in complex logistics management.
Strong problem-solving skills under pressure.
Previous experience with logistics tenders.
Advanced communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an ability to adapt to company specific systems.
Strong time management and organisational skills.
An ability to manage the workload in peak periods of a business that is heavily seasonal.
A proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
