The Director of Marketing & Digital is responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution of digital and brand marketing initiatives across the ANZ market for our brands. This role will drive integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand equity, customer engagement, and commercial performance. The incumbent will oversee digital media, CRM, campaign optimization, agency partnerships, and technical infrastructure, ensuring alignment with global standards and local market dynamics. This role requires strong cross‐functional collaboration, leadership of internal and external teams, and a data‐driven approach to marketing innovation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the annual Marketing Activation Plan (MAP), ensuring balanced investment across digital, media, PR, CRM, and brand channels.
* Define and optimize upper and lower funnel strategies to drive brand awareness and conversion.
* Lead performance marketing initiatives across SEM, SEO, paid social, affiliates, and retargeting.
* Assess and evolve structure and capabilities of internal marketing, digital and CRM teams.
* Lead agency reviews, define scopes of work, and manage tender processes.
* Foster a high‐performance culture across internal and external teams.
* Oversee CRM strategy, including lifecycle campaigns, personalization and data‐driven targeting.
* Enhance campaign performance through continuous testing, optimization and KPI tracking.
* Drive adoption and innovation in tools to elevate email marketing personalization.
* Evaluate and enhance technical architecture supporting digital marketing and CRM operations.
* Identify and manage vendor relationships to support scalable, secure, and cost‐effective solutions.
* Ensure compliance with global data governance and security standards.
* Collaborate with Operations to assess logistics capabilities and plan for warehouse transition.
* Develop and implement a risk‐mitigated transition strategy that maintains service levels and operational efficiency.
* Ensure integration of platforms meets internal compliance standards.
* Maintain accuracy and reliability across all retail and marketing reporting systems.
Qualifications
* At least 10 years of experience in digital marketing strategy, CRM, and campaign optimization.
* Strong knowledge of digital channels including SEM, SEO, social, and affiliate marketing.
* Experience working with development teams and reviewing technical architecture.
* Ability to manage vendor relationships and conduct tender processes.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate performance data and make recommendations.
* Excellent communication and cross‐functional collaboration skills.
* Experience in logistics, warehouse transitions, and supply chain management is a plus.
* BA/BS university degree or equivalent in marketing, business, finance, economics, or supply chain.
