The Role
We're seeking an experienced and strategic Head of People & Culture to lead our organisation through its next phase of growth. This role plays a key part in shaping our workforce strategy, elevating our culture, and building leadership capability across the business.
As the Head of P&C, you will be responsible for driving an organisation-wide people strategy that ensures we have the capability, talent, and culture needed for long-term success. You will partner closely with senior leaders and provide strategic guidance with the support of the P&C Officer.
This is a national role open to Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne candidates.
Responsibilities
Workforce & People Strategy:
• Lead workforce planning and P&C strategy to meet current and future capability needs.
• Provide HR data insights to support executive decision-making.
• Oversee organisational design, capability gap analysis, and succession planning.
• Drive initiatives to strengthen culture, engagement, and leadership capability.
Talent & Leadership Development:
• Build and implement talent, learning and leadership frameworks.
• Oversee strategic acquisition of senior talent.
• Coach and develop leaders and the P&C team.
Performance, Remuneration & Reward:
• Oversee remuneration structures, incentive programs and benchmarking.
• Lead performance management strategy and continuous improvement.
Leadership & Governance:
• Build strong relationships with leaders and influence at all levels.
• Develop the P&C team and foster a high-performing culture.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and risk requirements.
Organisational Change:
• Lead the people strategy for organisational change and growth.
• Guide leaders through effective communication and consultation processes.
Requirements
• 10+ years' experience in Human Resources, with significant experience in strategic HR leadership.
• Experience in professional services or similar people-centric, fast-paced environments preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to convert strategy into practical implementation.
• Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills.
• Commercial acumen and ability to balance people considerations with business realities.
• High level of integrity, judgement, and discretion.
