**About Our Client**:
Reporting to the National Client Services Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include:
- Daily outbound calls to existing customers to grow and maintain relationships.
- Cross advertising and selling new marketing campaigns and materials.
- Resolution of customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Follow-up with customers with feedback about product and service.
- Forecast expected sales revenue and growth in clients.
- Ad-Hoc Duties as Requested by the Management Team.
