Job Title: Guest Experience Manager

As a Guest Experience Manager, you will lead a team in creating lasting memories for guests at Uluru. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth guest check-ins and tour departures.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage a team of Guest Experience Agents to deliver outstanding service.
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient guest experience.
* Handle escalated queries with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
* Support the team in cross-selling and upselling products to enhance the guest journey.


Requirements

* Proven leadership or supervisory experience in tourism, hospitality, or retail.
* Strong communication skills and ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team.
* Solid computer literacy, Microsoft Office essential.
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends.
