About the Role
As a senior planner, you will lead and assess planning applications, produce reports and submissions, and draft permit conditions. You will also engage with developers and stakeholders to discuss proposed projects, identify potential issues, and guide them through the planning process.
This role is ideal for experienced planners looking to take on new challenges and responsibilities. To be considered for this role, you must have a strong understanding of Tasmania's planning system, hold a relevant qualification, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
