What you’ll do
As a Business Systems Analyst in our ICT team you’ll:
* Lead enterprise-wide process optimisation, requirement gathering, and change initiatives, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions.
* Look after systems modelling (UML, BPMN, ER diagrams), gap analysis, and risk management, with a focus on secure, scalable solutions.
* Evaluate, integrate, and optimise software/SAAS platforms, including vendor management and alignment with business objectives.
* Design and implement data models, integration points, and BI/reporting solutions that enable accurate insights and informed decision-making.
* Project Management: Demonstrated experience delivering ICT projects using Agile methodologies, including scope management, risk control, acquisitions/mergers integration, and KPI monitoring.
What you’ll bring
* A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science.
* Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in roles such as Business Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or a similar position within a dynamic environment.
* Strong skills in systems design and modelling using UML, BPMN, ER diagrams and Enterprise Architecture diagrams
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information in user-friendly terms
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
Bonus points for
* Experience with Agile methodologies and agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
* Familiarity with current corporate applications and technologies such as CareLink+, SalesForce, SharePoint, Confluence, SuccessFactors, SAP/S4Hana, and Microsoft Azure.
