The Opportunity
We are on the lookout for an experienced Purchasing Administrator to join our Ascot Team.
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, the suitable candidate will be assisting the Purchasing Team with administrative duties whilst developing skills in the procurement / purchasing environment.
Your typical day will consist of (but not limited to) :
4. Assisting with procurement and purchasing administration
5. Liaising with other Procurement and Contract teams
6. Tracking purchase orders
7. Entering order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into our internal database - GreenTree
What we are looking for:
8. Minimum of 3 years experience in a Administration position ideally in a stores or logistics environment
9. Full and unrestricted Australian working rights *essential
10. Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills
11. Must be PC Savvy *especially with microsoft
