**Your impact as Facilities Manager**
We are looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee and manage the strategic and operational management of Procreate's buildings and office facilities. Currently we have a campus of three buildings in North Hobartand have another site in development.
The impact of this role is creating grassroots systems and processes to ensure current facilities are maintained at the highest possible standard, providing a clean, safe and productive working environment for our employees. This role will also oversee the development of our new site, including coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are on time, on budget and executed with the highest quality.
This role will sit within the Operations team, and report to the Chief Operations Officer. You will work closely with members of the Operations team, in particular our Office Administrator, Executive Assistant and Administrative Coordinator.
