As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing project documentation from receipt and storage to distribution and archiving.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain a comprehensive document control system, encompassing both digital and physical formats.
* Evaluate document submissions to ensure compliance with project specifications.
* Coordinate the review process, collate, disseminate, and receive documents in a timely manner.
* Identify and communicate discrepancies within registered documents.
* Ensure that only current versions of subject-to-revision documents are maintained.
* Promote efficient storage and archiving practices for project records.
