Job Description
Design visuals for paid social media ads across Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
Create eye-catching email marketing templates using Klaviyo.
Edit and produce short-form videos, including adding captions, overlays, and royalty-free music.
Develop and maintain cohesive brand assets and visual guidelines.
Support website and brand design projects when required.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure visuals align with campaign objectives and brand tone.
Must Haves
Open to Filipinos only residing in the Philippines.
Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within fashion, beauty, or e-commerce industries.
Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
Experience designing ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
Skilled in Klaviyo for email marketing design.
Video editing experience, including captioning, cutting, overlaying text/music.
Strong visual storytelling, typography, and brand consistency.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Home Office Requirements
Perfectly working headset and webcam.
Stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps ~ 50 Mbps.
Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 10 or later and macOS Monterey 12.0 or later.
Quiet room with no distractions or background noises.
A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift.
