Opportunity
We're currently seeking an experienced/senior Occupational Therapist to join our growing Brisbane West team. This opportunity can be based around Graceville; however we are open to tailoring the location depending on where the successful clinician is based, with caseloads potentially covering Kenmore, Ipswich, Springfield and surrounding areas through a clinic/community mix.
This is an ideal role for an experienced OT looking for autonomy, flexibility and the opportunity to shape services while still being part of a highly supportive team.
You Will Have The Opportunity To
* Deliver functional assessments and high‐quality therapy interventions
* Support clients to build independence and reduce environmental barriers
* Manage a varied caseload across clinic, home and community settings
* Build strong stakeholder relationships with families, schools, support coordinators and providers
* Mentor junior clinicians or contribute to clinical development where desired
* Help shape local growth and service delivery in the Brisbane West corridor
Caseloads can be tailored around your strengths and interests across:

* Neurological / Physical Health

About You
* Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy
* Current AHPRA registration
* Previous Occupational Therapy experience (community, disability, clinic or mixed models)
* Confidence working independently while remaining collaborative
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* NDIS Worker Screening / WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
* Driver's licence and access to vehicle
