You will be responsible for representing the company in the grocery channel, negotiating and building displays to optimise store presence based on a weekly work plan.
About the Role
* Represent the company in the grocery channel and negotiate and build displays to optimise store presence.
* Work autonomously with guidance from a Territory Sales Manager and develop strong relationships with Store Managers.
Responsibilities
1. Negotiate and Build Displays: Work with store managers to create effective displays that showcase products and meet customer needs.
2. Develop Relationships: Build trust and rapport with store managers and other stakeholders to drive sales and business growth.
3. Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business performance.
Requirements
* A valid driver's license and safe reliable motor vehicle is essential.
* Physical ability to lift stock and utilise creative point of sale materials.
* Proficiency in using mobile devices to collate data and photograph displays.
Working Conditions
Availability between Wednesday to Friday is required. Additional hours may be needed on Monday and Tuesday during busy periods.
