What will you be doing? We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level strategic and operational support to our CEO. This role is central to the smooth running of our organisation. You will manage the daily operations of the CEO office, coordinate with our board including our Executive Chairman, and act as a primary point of contact for government departments, partner organisations and the Australian Executive Team. With the support of the Office Administrator, the Executive Assistant leads the efficient operations of the Chatswood Head Office within a context of culture and engagement priorities. In this role, your success is measured by how effectively you anticipate need and manage the CEO's time while overseeing the accuracy and efficiency of communication and administrative processes. Your main duties will include: Time Management: Managing a complex calendar and ensuring the CEO is prepared for all daily meetings and commitments. Travel & Logistics: Manage domestic and international travel itineraries in line with CEO requirements. Governance Support: Coordinating board meetings, preparing meeting packs and taking accurate minutes that comply with regulatory standards. Communication: Drafting professional emails, letters and reports on behalf of the CEO for internal and external stakeholders. Proactive Planning: Identifying potential scheduling conflicts or preparation gaps well in advance to ensure the CEO schedule runs without interruption. Liaison: Handling enquiries from government agencies, community partners and senior leaders with professionalism and discretion. A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role. Who are you? You are a career-focused and experienced Executive Assistant who takes pride in being professional, organised and reliable. You should have: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook. Proven experience supporting Board activities and navigating regulated environments. Exceptional written and verbal skills, with the ability to triage requests and communicate with clarity and intent. 7 years in Administrative Support, with at least 5 years of experience supporting a CEO or senior executive within a corporate environment A Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification An interest in the employment services sector and a commitment to helping the community is advantageous Why join us?
