About The Role
Bathurst Health Service Surgical Ward is seeking a dynamic, energetic Enrolled Nurse passionate about engaging with clients and working within a multidisciplinary team environment.
You will deliver nursing care through a flexible service delivery model, supporting both community and ambulatory settings, under the supervision of registered nursing staff.
Effective communication with patients and healthcare team members is essential. You will foster a culture of collaboration, openness, respect, and empowerment.
In a close-knit team, you will be well-supported and appreciated. You will play an integral role in the community, witnessing the impact of your care and the community's appreciation.
