A high-profile role as a senior clinical director at a prestigious medical institution, requiring relocation to Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in nursing and extensive experience in acute hospital settings, with a minimum of eight years' experience in leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with departmental in-charges to achieve strategic objectives within the division.
* Maintain an environment that promotes standards of care, clinical competence, and adherence to organizational philosophy, vision, and mission.
* Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to attain desired outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Leadership and Management: Provide innovative leadership, facilitate open communication channels, and ensure timely professional orientation and performance appraisal development.
* Quality Improvement: Develop control mechanisms to ensure safe standards of nursing care, review service delivery, and implement improvements.
* Nursing Practice: Ensure staff competence, monitor nursing service delivery, and promote patient-focused interventions.
Education/Licensure:
* Master's Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
* Current practicing license from country of origin with valid registration from Saudi Commission for Health Specialties as a senior specialist.
Professional Experience:
* Minimum of eight years' nursing experience in an acute hospital setting, inclusive of four years in a leadership position.
Specialized Knowledge:
