Project Administrator Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Project Management Office, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project management team.
* Assist in the preparation and distribution of project documentation, including reports, contracts, and schedules.
* Process and review invoices to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and adherence to project budgets.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and documentation for ease of access and reference.
Requirements:
* Certificate or higher in business.
* Experience using Netsuite highly regarded.
* Must hold permanent and full working rights in Australia.
* Demonstrated experience in administrative support to multi-faceted projects.
* Ability to take responsibility and accountability for assigned tasks.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to work non-standard working hours to provide on-demand customer support.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
* Formal qualifications in business administration/project management.
* 3+ years' experience in a similar role or significant exposure to parts of the role.
* Knowledge of best practices around contract administration.
* Knowledge of project management software products.
