The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Student Training Administrator to join our team in Sale. This role is ideal for someone with experience in administration and data entry, who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys supporting others.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurate and timely data entry using our Student Management System (VETtrak)
* Generating and managing reports
* Providing administrative support to trainers and team members
* Responding to general office and student enquiries
* Maintaining organised records and assisting with daily office operations
What We're Looking For
* Prior experience in a data entry or administrative support role (experience with VETtrak is advantageous, but not essential)
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* A proactive approach, with the ability to learn quickly and work independently
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* A problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
